Give Through Your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF)

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a charitable giving account that allows you to contribute assets to a charitable fund and later recommend grants to the nonprofits and causes you care about. DAFs can make charitable giving simple and flexible, with your DAF sponsor handling the administration of your grants.

If you have a DAF, you can recommend a grant to Cure LBSL and help fund critical research toward treatments for LBSL.

How It Works: Online DAF Giving

1. Choose DAFpay on our donation portal!

Cure LBSL partners with Chariot to provide an easy, seamless way to give through your DAF online. Click here and choose DAFpay.

2. Enter your fund’s information.

Fill in the details about your DAF provider and fund, and choose your grant amount.

2. Submit!

That’s it! It’s a quick and easy alternative to the traditional DAF route.

How It Works: Traditional DAF Giving

1. Log in to your DAF account
Visit your DAF provider's website or app and sign in to your account.

2. Choose "Recommend a Grant"
Look for an option such as "Recommend a Grant," "Make a Grant," or "Give to Charity."

3. Search for Cure LBSL
Search for Cure LBSL using our legal name or EIN:

4. Choose your gift amount
Enter the amount you'd like to recommend and select your preferred grant purpose, if applicable. You may choose general support to allow Cure LBSL to direct your gift where it is most needed.

5. Submit your recommendation
Review your information and submit the grant recommendation through your DAF provider. Your provider will handle the grant process and send the funds to Cure LBSL.
